The attached “Map, Plan and Report” was prepared by Lamont Engineers. This document describes the history and condition of the existing Van Hornesville water system as well as the proposed boundaries of a new limited water district and construction details for a new water system.

Also included are breakdowns for construction costs and anticipated ongoing service and operating expenses for customers of the new water system.
